Safna is an energetic and compassionate consultant psychologist. She completed her post graduate degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, internship from Santhwana Institute of counseling centre. She has completed NLP mind mastery course practitioner level-1. She has been working in the field of mental health across the age groups of children, adolescents, and adults. She is experienced in helping her clients address their concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, as well as manage their stress, She believes in an eclectic approach that includes understanding the client from a holistic point of view, which includes understanding their thoughts, emotions, social and cultural context.
